Help!!! 😢

This was my body before I got pregnant

This is my body now 14 weeks PP (below)

I barely have the time or motivation to get back in shape. I have been trying to walk at least 7,000 steps a day and doing floor exercises. I have also started running and walking our long driveway/road. I feel like I am getting nowhere. I have at least 10lbs to lose, but I can’t seem to get rid of it. I am going to cut down on sugar completely, but what else can I do? Anyone have recommendations? Free Fitness apps? Or well, just anything. I have never been this big before and it’s killing my confidence. I wasn’t perfect before, but I was happy with my body... I need motivation to get going... I used to LOVE working out.
