New to workinging out.
Okay guys & gals so I’m new to working out with weights. I usually follow Fitness Guru Whitney Simmons on YT. I’m religiously working out 3 days a week & doing Zumba twice a week. Well I’m noticing changes for sure but something is wrong with my back. It hurts so bad I have to sit straight or lay straight on my back, I can’t turn around it HURTS. I was never comfortable working out with weights bc I know you can really hurt yourself positioning yourself wrong... well any tips on how to ease the pain in my back, & also how to know if I’m positioning myself correctly during workouts.. i feel like I’m scared to ever work out again that’s how bad my back is hurting.
