Stalled weight loss... Advice?

I'm currently 3.5 months postpartum. When my weight leveled out about a month after birth, I decided to start small changes for weight loss...nothing drastic, as I didn't want my milk supply to suffer. So, I set MyFitnessPal for 1900 net cals/day and made a point to walk every day and just make sure I wasn't overeating.

After six weeks of that, I had already dropped 11 pounds, from 188 to 177. It was really encouraging. But then, I just stopped losing! I've only lost maybe a pound the past month despite doing the same stuff. I'm currently 5'6" 176 lbs.

Anyone have insight on what's going on? I'm not exclusively breastfeeding but my body makes about 50-75% of the milk baby drinks. Are my calories too low, too high? I'm eating pretty darn healthy (lots of veg/protein) so maybe should I look to up the intensity of working out?
