OB says I can’t work anymore. 😞

Today has been extremely emotional, and tiring. Everything with baby is great he’s healthy and very active, but I am having health issues which can cause him problems. Today I was admitted for high blood pressure that wouldn’t come down after several checks , long story short my labs came back confirming preeclampsia, and my OB put me on early maternity leave. I am not extremely worried given that my husband and I have been saving up, but it’s still not going to be easy. I just want to be okay so my son can arrive safely.
