So scared

So I found out I was pregnant 3 days ago, and now I am 3 weeks 4 days. Since implantation I have been spitting brown, every day. But today it was a little bit more, and also some red blood. I’m thinking miscarriage, BUT, my lines have definitely been getting stronger (took a test just one hour ago).

Please, if you experienced something like this, or have any advice, or anything, I would love it if you shared. I had a missed miscarriage at 13 weeks 8 weeks ago, and I’m so scared it’s going to happen again. I just don’t know what to do.
