UPDATE PLEASE help with advice or knowledge PLEASE

So in December I had my annual check up with Gynae. Pap results came back abnormal and I tested positive for HPV 16. I went for the 3 HPV injections. Had a follow up with Gynae on 14 August, he did a cervix biopsy, endoscopy and colposcopy. Today I get a call that he would like to see me. I’m thinking that if everything was OK, he wouldn’t need to see me. I’m freaking out a little. Any insights or knowledge or advice, please.

so it's not the greatest news, plesae don't phone me, I will crack... I have to have a LETZZ / LOOP procedure done again... had one 5 years ago. The lesion is 4 mm deep so have to have all the 'bad' cells cut out and not burnt out... then they have to scrape up into the cervix to get rid of the cells... He said that if I'm not wanting more kids, the other option is a hysterectomy. Because of the HPV 16 which is very high risk and the lesion it's a high risk case. But he says that he makes sure that he gets ALL the cells and leaves nothing behind.
