Bleeding for past 5 days

I am 8 wks 5 days. It’s Tuesday and I have been bleeding since Friday. Went to the ER on Friday and they told me everything looked fine, no subchorionic hemorrhage and healthy looking baby with 172 bpm. I was put on pelvic rest and have been taking it pretty easy, but I still am bleeding and I don’t know what to think. It goes back and forth between old brown blood and dark red blood. I’ll get a slight cramp every now and then but it’s more so like a dull ache rather then sharp pain. This is the same time I normally get my periods...not sure about the possibility of that but my mom told me it can happen. My doctor is telling me to go back to ER but I don’t want to fork out another 400 dollars for them to tell me the same thing they did last time...that bleeding happens sometimes and I’ll probably be ok. This is so frustrating and making me go crazy. Just when I think the bleeding is stopping I feel another rush coming out.
