How much breast milk for a one month old?

I’ve started pumping and am wondering how to know how much to give our girl in a bottle?

My 5.5 week boy takes 3 oz every 1.5 hours or he’ll nurse for about 10-20 min

1-1.5 ounces per hour is what our pediatrician said. So if the last feeding was 2 hours ago 2-3 ounces.

My 7 week old has bee eating 4 ounces in a sitting, so maybe 2.5-3 ounces?

Should be 1-1.5 per every hour no more than that is needed your just stretching there tummy at that point

As someone else said it depends on how often the baby eats. Ours will eat anywhere from 1 to 4 ounces depending on how long between eating and time of day. You'll start to learn the babies habits so you know how much milk to do when. But I default to 3 ounces each time.
