Drop in supply with period?

Did anyone experience a major drop in milk supply with your period coming back? I think I’m about to start, and I literally pumped less than half of my normal tonight.... idk if its just a temporary drop in supply or if my supply is starting to dry up....

Absolutely! My first “period” which was actually just breakthrough from my birth control, my supply was terrible. The entire week. It would take sometimes 3 pump sessions to get a 5oz bottle.

Yes, mine did for a few days each cycle then went back to normal.  I would pump more often then just as baby would nurse more often.

100% but it’ll go back up in three or four days

Yes ours temporary... mine drops the day before I start and last about 2-3 days.. then it goes right back up.

Mine dropped a couple days before and baby would nurse more often but after the first two or three days it went back up to normal.
