Neck bump.

I have a bump on my neck that s very itchy and red all around it and I know it’s 100% not a pimple. Tried popping it and it was numb. I didn’t feel the needle at all. There was a black spot in it and something hard came out as well as normal “zit” things. But it also bled a lot as well and never went away. Its got red all around it a nd I went to the med express and he said it looks like it could be some kinda skin cancer. I’m a hypochondriac. You can’t just say that just by looking at it. I was in the hospital a couple weeks prior to this showing up.
