Wearing socks to bed
Does wearing socks to bed effect your bbt vs no socks? My temp went up from 98.05 yesterday to 98.25 today. i wore socks last night since I read it’s good for ttc. I’ve already ovulated so I know it’s supposed to trend upward. Just curious if the socks make a big difference in body temps.
