Anyone else?

I got a faint positive Saturday so I called my doctor and went in for blood work well my blood pressure was high so I went to see my regular doctor while waiting on results and I started spotting but my period isn't due for another 6 days. I'm never early if anything I'm always a day late. Well I got told I have a UTI today. And they think that is why I have had pregnancy symptoms. My boobs have been very sore and feeling sick in the morning sometimes at night light cramps and clear discharge and my lower back pain. I have bad cramps when i start and I haven't had them yet. My doctor said my blood test was negative but they want to retest in a week. Has anyone had anything like this happen to them before?
