When should we start? She's almost 7 months!

Some people are super helpful with their smug comments 👀 🤦🏻‍♀️ you can sleep train as soon as you feel ready to, generally after 5/6 months. I recommend taking cara babies on Instagram, she has some fab tips! Good luck!!

I started sleep training my daughter 2 weeks ago and now she has it down. It was horrible before. She hated her crib and used to nurse to sleep. She would wake up EVERY two hours so I was exhausted in the mornings. She also never went to bed before 3 am 😵 it was ROUGH. Now her bed time is 8:30 and she gets put into her crib drowsy but awake and she sleeps 10-12 hours a night! I don’t feel like a zombie anymore and she doesn’t hate her crib. She also is a consistent nap taker so I can actually do things around the house.

Baby has been sleeping in her crib from 830-730am on her own since 3 months, didn’t have to do any “sleep training”

I felt blessed that I didn’t have to “train” by daughter but I think I’m gonna have to now. She just hit 7 months and her schedule went crazy 🥺😭 I’m going insane! If anyway has worked well for you let me know hahaha

I did some training bc after teething baby was used to waking for a feed at the same time at 3 am. I slowly fed her less and less. When it was down to 2.5 ounces she cried off and on for 1.5 hours. The next night it was only 5 minutes. She’s been sleeping through the night since.
