5 days until AF

So I been experiencing lower back pain. As of today my breasts are sore. I never experience this before a period and did with my last pregnancy. I would like input from those who did test early. I know I’ve tried in the past with my daughter and it was negative up until I missed my period then tested. When I found out I was pregnant in March, I did test early but it didn’t come out positive until 3 days before my period. Opinions?
