Google baby registry ideas. Also Pinterest has tons of list & info! It’s my favorite for everything to do with my babies!! 
Just think what you need for 
•Travel (car seat, stroller, diaper bag etc)
•Feeding (bottles,bibs & burp cloths etc)
•Bathing (grooming kit,towels, bath tub etc)
•Nursery (baby’s furniture) 
•Clothing 
•Sleep (sound machine, extra sheets)

I never bothered making a registry but what I used/needed. 
Diapers,wipes,clothes, socks, hats/bows, blankets, bottles, pacifiers, toys for later on, pack n play, swing, baby wash/lotion, bath, baby towels and wash cloths, 
Bouncer if you want and bassinet... I skipped those. I skipped the crib and changing table too.
