I have the worst nausea...what do I do?!

I’ve been taking Zofran as needed, and b6/Unisom but it’s not working at all! I can barely eat, barely sleep, I’m seriously miserable like to the point I want this all to go away I cannot function. No vomiting but bad nausea. Plus I’m so scared of vomiting so I don’t know what to do. I want to call my doctor and ask for a better medication or anyone know any at home remedies?! Thanks!

Try ginger candy,try to stay well hydrated,try to have a snack every couple if hours,eat things rich in protein.

My doctor prescribed me Zofran and also phenergan. The phenergan helps me so much, if I don’t take it my nausea is bad, it does make you tired though.

Ginger everything! Also, try to not let too long pass without something in your stomach. I have been eating those squeezeable apple sauces and it’s been a huge help. I have really severe nausea with no vomiting as well.
