Today I fell- update

Well, if you saw my other post you know my German Shepard pulled me down the steps and I landed on my back. Well 12 hours later my back has really started to hurt and my neck has started to swell on the right side. I know I should have gone to the doctor but when my fiancé got home I was feeling a lot better. Now I can’t even turn my head or lay down in bed. I can’t lay down because I won’t be able to get back up and my sons 8 weeks old. My friend is coming over tomorrow to help me with our son and she’s bringing her son over. I’m in so much pain and my fiancé went to sleep while I was crying. I know he’s tired but dang... your future wife needs your help.
