I don’t know what to do

So I’m going to attempt to make this short and sweet...

Husband and I had my 2nd, his 1st in 2017. She is now 2. Between her first and second birthday I was practically begging for another baby.

Now it’s late April/early May, and I am finally becoming ok with only have 2 kids, my son is 7 and or daughter 2. So I stop bringing it up.

End of June SIL announces their 2nd pregnancy. 2 weed later my husband is telling my he wants to have another baby.

After me asking multiple times if he was sure that’s what he wanted, I had my BC taken out.

Now 10 days into my cycle he asks when I’m going to get my BC BACK IN! So it’s been over a month and now he doesn’t want to have another baby.

I’m torn, I’m lost, I don’t know how to feel or what to say.

I told him it felt like he just ripped my heart out and his response was I’m sorry I didn’t know you were that invested.

Like WTF do you mean?! How could I not be invested?!

Advice?

And we have been together for 7 years. Since my son was 6 months old.
