11DPO diarrhea

Today I was just shopping around in TJ Maxx and all of the sudden, I HAD TO GO. As soon as I sat down I had explosive diarrhea. This only happened one time and now I am fine. AF due in 3 days. Is this a sign?? I NEVER have diarrhea before AF.
