Uti help !

I been having problems little over a year , I was healthy and all until all of a sex I wouldn’t get discharge anymore I would have really bad pain having to pee every 5 mins , it would burn also when I would have sex I would get wet everytime I’m in the mood I dont get wet I have gone to the doctor all she give me is birth control n when I told her I didn’t need it she final gave me antibiotics and I had to take it for 10 days n it still didn’t work I still have the same problem every time I went to Mexico n got some pills but that didn’t work either I have ask her if it’s a uti n she says it’s a yeast infection but nothing working can you please help !
