Please help, ive been feeling like the nerves in my butthole will start to hurt like hell and go into my back/uterus and I can’t walk or talk through them. They are so painful but at first I thought I was constipated really bad because every time I get that pain it feels like I have to poop. It gets so hard for me to sit on the toilet and when I push either a small piece of poop will come out or nothing. I might also pass some gas and then I’ll feel relieved for a while before it comes back again, I feel like baby is coming out of my butt. Are these contractions? Or am I just constipated really bad? I’m 39+4
