Advice with pregnancy scan

Need some advice😔 I stupidly used a home doppler last night and couldn't find the baby's heartbeat, I did manage to find the placenta swishing noise. It's really stressed me out and now I think there is something wrong with the baby. Would anyone suggest going to get a scan done? (I was told I have a anterior placenta so that maybe why I can't hear the heartbeat, I'm not too sure)
