Protein Powder
Hi everyone! My first time posting. I’m 9 week pregnant and just met with my dr for the first time. I asked about protein powders. I’m a teacher and I like to make a shake for breakfast to take to school with me. Can anyone recommend any pregnancy-safe whey protein powders? I was using Bowmar but my dr didn’t love all the extra amino acids. Thank you :)
