Is it just me or no symptoms this month?

So I was very hopeful for this month and have been hopeful up until I started testing and getting faints but no BFP. Also I think it’s just my eyes seeing the faints. Now I’m not very hopeful because I have no symptoms right now not even for AF and AF is due tomorrow. I mean sure I’ve been nauseous and my back is killing me and I’m peeing more often but usually the main symptoms like tender breasts is what I feel like should be showing. When AF comes my nipples are sore and with my last pregnancy with my angel baby my breasts and nipples were very sore and tender. I also got implantation spotting the pink discharge then some brown discharge. Anyone else in the same boat? Or anyone have no symptoms at all and still found out they were pregnant?
