Do you guys wake up your newborn every two to three hours to feed?

This is only necessary if baby is small/underweight. Or sometimes doctors will say to do this until baby reaches birthweight again. 
But if neither of those apply, then it isn’t necessary.  
So since my kid was born at five pounds and change, we were told to do it at first.

I only did that until my son reached his birth weight. Now he sleeps 3-4 hour stretches in the night..I feel SO much better lol..I can only imagine how amazing I'll feel when he sleeps 5-8hr stretches 😭😂

Only time I did was when I was in hospital with my son. Even then it was next to impossible to wake him.
He needed his glucose levels checked every few hours due to his size.
Unless your doctor wants you to for medical reasons (ie jaundice) then let the baby sleep.

Yes until we got cleared from the pediatrician to let him sleep through the night.

Only until the baby regains it’s birth weight, so usually you can stop after the first week check up. Before then we never let her go more than 4 hours.

I did because he was only 5lbs when we brought him home. I breastfed and supplemented with 3 bottles of formula when he was a newborn.  If they are average weight, I don't think it's necessarily as important.

I had to for a few weeks because baby came home weighing 5lb 4oz. It was exhausting! As soon as I was given the ok to not wake her up, I just let her sleep (which still meant getting up but in her terms lol).

I woke him up until the dr okayed it since he had jaundice. He would usually wake up every 3 hours for milk anyway but a couple of days he had to be woken up
