Need your opinions

I had a miscarriage yesterday ... the doctor told me that there isn’t much we can do for early miscarriages the embryo stopped developing because something happen during the division of the cells... when they do analysis it turns out most of the time that the embryo had trisomy 16.

I just need a really good egg. We talked about infertility as it is my 3rd miscarriages in a row... I asked her about low progesterone and miscarriage if there is a correlation. She said no and that maybe I should try baby aspirine..that in some studies it turns out with good results...

My question is what do you think about progesterone and miscarriage!!!!any experiences or advice from doctors

And any advice or experiences with baby aspirin?????
