I had a travel bassinet (padded sides with soft inner mattress) that we used on the couch until she outgrew it at 6 mths. My girl LOVED it and slept all her day naps in it- her nursery is upstairs so it was easier to keep her on the couch with me. After she outgrew it I bought a toddler sized bed nest thing from eBay and it was horrible - cheap material, she sweated like crazy in it, but she still slept in it. So I ended up buying her the dock a tot grand (toddler size) and she LOVES it. She’s now 13mths and still has her day nap in it (she sleeps 3 hours) and she also plays and jumps around in it. No regrets and worth the money!!

They both are pretty expensive nap spots that your kid will outgrow quickly. We found the best option to be a bassinet for the stroller because it was easily portable like one of the above options, but we also could just carry the whole thing in when he fell asleep on a walk.
