Junk Foods - I dream of you
Been real good lately. Eating 95% healthier for a couple of months, seen the numbers on the scale go down a bit (trying to maintain my weight and not gain too much during my first pregnancy. I'm overweight already)... That being said: I want a bowl of corn chips, cream cheese, mild chucky salsa and a Dr. Pepper... I dream of junk food...Everyday is a new dream "craving". Yesterday was warm from the oven brownies and vanilla ice cream on top. Or or the other day was a giant fruit salad with all my favs in it (watermelon, pear, apple, cantaloupe, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, jicama, mango), toped with cottage cheese, bits of dried fruit, granola, and gobs of honey.(this example is bad because I'm lactose intolerant and allergic to honey. Lol, but I wanted it bad.)
