Light bleeding. 23 weeks pregnant

Hi ladies,

So I’m experiencing what I think is light bleeding. It’s not red, looks like old blood. I don’t have any cramps and she still moves like a storm so I don’t think it’s any cause for concern. However, I do wanna know why this is happening. Is it from my mucus plug? Is she just moving around a lot and knocking stuff loose? Is it from my body changing so rapidly?
