My daughter is starting to think it’s funny to not listen to “no” and do it anyways.

We have a bookshelf that is not secure so we have never let her climb on it. She used to listen when I told her now and now as I see her crawling towards the bookshelf, I say “no” she stops to look back at me and the giggles and darts towards it like trying to see if she can climb up it before I can run and grab her. The whole time looking back and giggling cause she know she’s not allowed !

Anyone else’s LO doing this? I’m being super consistent and have never let her do it but she will just keep trying over and over and won’t give up!
