I'm going to be honest, I've been letting myself eat whatever I want my whole pregnancy 😅 I know I shouldn't eat all the junk but I can't help it.

If I crave something sweet, I run for the watermelon! Helps me a lot with hydration and way better for you than ice cream. But potatoes I have to eat. Lol

I try to find healthy alternatives to whatever sounds good at the moment.

Within reason. When I was pregnant with our rainbow I craved sweets. I'm not very big on sweets usually. So instead of eating sugar filled candy all the time, I tried to satisfy it with natural sugars from fruits. Watermelon was my biggest but I only had August and then Autumn hit and watermelon wasn't as pink and juicy and sweet anymore. Broke my heart. I did crave Pepsi a buttload as well. I limited myself to 1 Pepsi a week.
