NICU Mommies

Any advice on coping with your child in the nicu? I had to have an emergency c-section due to a placental abruption at 38 weeks. Baby boy is still on oxygen and will be there for atleast another week. We don't live far from the hospital and they released me after 6 days there. But my husband and I have been fighting over being at the hospital. I want to be there 24/7 because when I'm away from him I feel terribly anxious. He wants me to sleep at home and come home to rest because he doesn't think its healthy to spend so much time there after my major surgery. I just wanted to know what you guys did with your nicu babys
