16+3, is a weight gain okay?😬
So I’m 16+3, I was on quite a strict diet and was losing weight before I found out I was pregnant, I wasn’t even 4 weeks when I found out. My eating habits haven’t been great, I either want to eat everything in site (all bad stuff) or I don’t want to eat anything at all, there doesn’t seem to be any inbetween. It’s my first pregnancy so I’m not 100% sure what’s normal and what’s not. But I’ve gained around 12lbs in 16+3 weeks, is that okay? Or do I need to look at what I’m eating again🤦🏼♀️
