Embarrassing cm question

I’m 21 weeks pregnant and I often have been having a lot of cm. When I change my sons diaper, I sort of squat/kneel over the floor, and lots of times when I’m in that position cm literally just falls out of me. Is that normal? Also this time it was yellow tinted- no smell or pain or itchiness whatsoever. Is that also normal? I know yellow tinted cm CAN be a sign of infection but I’m wondering if it can also be normal since I have no other accompanying symptoms. I had BV in my first trimester but was already treated for it.
