Is this ovulation or something else?

July 23-26th AF came to visit. Well on the 1st-6th of this month was suppose to be my predicted ovulation but I didnt track it so I dont know if I did or not. I'm also irregular. Well a week later on the 16th I started having low abdominal cramps,low back pain,bloating,headaches and alot of ewcm. I havent had no bleeding or spotting. So fast foward to today I'm 2 days late for AF and all the other symptoms are gone but now I have sore nipples and they look bigger. Has anyone experienced this and then got a bfp?

If you’re pregnant enough for pregnancy symptoms (and not just progesterone symptoms that happen before a period too) then you’ll be pregnant enough to get a positive test. 
The app is guessing your ovulation date based on past cycles and internal algorithms, but it’s not perfect. The only way to truly get an idea of when you’re ovulating (without ultrasound and bloodwork) is using a combination of opks and temping. The opks tell you when your body is about to ovulate, and the temping confirms that it actually happened. 
The time from period to ovulation can vary by quite a lot each cycle. The time from ovulation to period only varies by one day at the most. This causes lots of people to think their period is late when it actually ain’t- it’s just that you ovulated late that cycle.
