Results for STDs anonymous?

im 16 and my boyfriend and i want to test. We are clear of gonerrhea and chlamydia as we are each others first partners but i am sure i have Hsv 1 from my mom. How do we test. we are planning on going to planned Parenthood for testing but we want the results anonymously as my mom will be mad that i am sexually active. Please help. how do we get results anonymously or like without letters or faxes.
