Period or implantation bleeding

So I had my son May 3 2019 and you know I went through the bleeding stuff and what not for the 6-8 weeks and stuff well August 3 it looked like I got my first normal period back and it was very heavy and lasted a full week. Now this past Sunday August 18 I started spotted than it turned to heavy like period blood and I’m going on day 6 so it what could be happening. And yes I have had sex a few times before Aug 3 and after and before Aug 18
