I’ve been in and out of hospital this week due to bleeding and pain.

At first I got told it was an Etopic pregnancy, then it was a water infection, then it’s a miscarriage, I’ve now been sent home and told it’s a miscarriage. I’m bleeding heavily and I’m still in agony, I had a scan yesterday and they said they couldn’t see anything in my wound and my ovaries are clear etc. My left side is still causing me agony, I’m going light headed and dizzy, I’ve had 2 previous miscarriages and the pain wasn’t near this bad. 😭

My HCG levels dropped from 1051 to 541 overnight so I know I lost the baby but why am I hurting so much and so much pain in my side?
