Failed IVF first round :(

I have finished my first round of IVF treatment and this morning I have been for my blood test to determine if i was pregnant or not. I got a call around 3pm saying the results had came back negative. I’m absolutely devastated. I didn’t think i would feel like this and i had tried not to get my hopes up as anything can happen but I’m absolutely gutted. I just can’t get my head around to why it didn’t work :( I have 2 cycles left and i honestly don’t know what id do if the don’t work. Im trying to rack my brains to see if i did anything wrong. Did i eat healthy enough? Did i rest enough? I just don’t know what to do.
