Pink tinge to discharge?

So I wiped and wiped once more and thought it was tinged pink slightly. But when I wiped again it wasn’t there just regular discharge. Now I’m having lower back pain but that’s been happening for a couple of weeks now. I’m just curious if anyone else has gone through this and it not progress; I’m only in my 34th week so I obviously don’t want it to be a sign of labor. With my first I didn’t spot until the day before I had my son. I had light pink when I wiped and then right before labor it was bright red. Possible just irritation? Or slowly losing pieces of the mucus plug? Baby is also still as active as he always is.
