Best car seat

Best infant car seat for a preemie? My son is due in February but more likely to be a December baby. The doctors don’t expect me to make it past 32weeks.. anyways My father in law wants me to make a wish list for baby and said put the car seat on the wish list(he always buys one bigger item and then a bunch of smaller items, he bought our daughter’s crib last time). So I’m looking for a good infant car seat that’s not to pricey but still good for smaller babies... my daughter had a car seat I hated, she was born at 34weeks, and it was. Just to big and her head was to small for the head piece..
