Symptoms kicking in hard 5w6d anyone feel the same?

SO very thankful i don’t have nausea at this point. 
But I am SO TIRED seriously I can barely hold my eyes open half the time. 
And I can’t stop eating if I don’t eat like every hour or so I feel like I’m starving (obviously exaggerating). 
Anyone else feel the same?

I’m 5 weeks 6 days and only sore boobies. I feel super fat but haven’t changed weight etc . Waiting for the morning sickness but hopefully it won’t come :)

Yes. And the fact this my 2nd i feel like i got fat mega quick. Keep been told im going to get bigger quicker.
I cant keep my eyes open and always eating too

5 weeks 5 days and nauseous all the time. Breasts are super tender and DEFINITELY growing. And I'm definitely tired. I'm mean I'm currently laying in bed after sleeping 8 hours and still wanna go back to sleep.
