Breast changes with milk

Hey y’all, I’m currently 5weeks+3 and I was wondering, does anyone here have experiences with already large breast before pregnancy, right now I’m around a 42DD, I’m so scared that they will get bigger because of milk. Do any you large chest ladies stay the same size? Or will they get bigger once I start producing milk 😩 they’re already so heavy and give me back aches. mind you I’m only 5’0
