Stomach aches

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and have diagnosed with a severe bladder and kidney infection. I've taking antibiotics for about a week but I been getting these terrible stomach aches . As soon as I wake up I'm starving so I eat , as soon as I eat I get super bloated and it hurts and it's very uncomfortable, it Lasts all day until the I go to bed and it starts over the next day . I don't know if this is associated with my infection or if it's just the baby idk what to think . I feel like I'm starving 24/7 that's what the stomach aches feel like
