Urgent:Am I Pregnant?

So I have had my period for about 4 days now and it is lighter than it ever has been. It is a normal blood red color. I usually go through super tampons twice a day but I have only had to use 2 regulars a day. I have been taking birth control for about a year and this month I lost track and ended up getting my period in the middle of taking the actual pills instead of during the week of sugar pills. I had sex 2 days before I got it that’s why I’m very concerned. Please respond, thank you.
