Hair loss while pregnant?

I’ve heard nothing about hair loss while pregnant. Only after. But I feel like my hair is just falling out like crazy and I’m only 14 weeks. Help! If it gets worse after I’m actually kinda scared!

I’m 22 weeks today, & my hair still falls off like crazy, but my hair was already really weak BC I use to straighten it or curly it a lot but my doctor said to not braid my hair or put my hair in a pony tail & to not sleep with my hair wet to let my hair dry normally.
