Period poops?! 🔴 💩 is this a legit thing? !

I've have been peeing out my butt for a week. Multiple times a day and I have massive cramps I started my period yesterday and it's like someone decided to flush the damn ocean down there. This is my first period after giving birth (to my 3rd baby) 9 months ago as well as being off depo for 5 months... I bled for a month and a half on depo. Got in in December and it "was out of my system" In March. I've heard it can "be in my system" for 2 years. Anyway. I've been losing weight like crazy I was 180 and now I'm 167. Not complaining because I didn't wanna be 180 but I feel this is unhealthy and idk what's going on. I have a normal diet and exercise. I just reduced breastfeeding by half. (He just won't quit boobs and I'm ok with it.)
