Smelling unfresh

So sometimes i dont always have time to shower so

I bird bath. I notice that i dont always smell fresh even when i shower sometimes theres a tangy smell.. could there be a reason or solution? Especially to keep my panties from being dark.. even when my butts dry my panties dark on the seat so idk if its from that or?.. pls don’t judge im only 18 im learning this hygiene stuff on my own
