Vag itch...Weird discharge

I’m 17, I’ve had 1 sexual partner (my bf) and i’m experiencing some vag itching rn, white watery discharge (but when i wipe it looks yellow/green) and also I’ve been rubbing down there so I am irritated BUT I do notice these little bumps they almost look like heat bumps or such but idk i never had these with a yeast infection before, i wont be able to make it to my GYN until tuesday so i really need help to maintain this itch or what could this possibly be?
