My period starts on august 7 ends in august 13 . My cycle is regular but i dont know how to caculate my safe days tnx

If you dont want to get pregnant then there is no safe day to have unprotected sex. Just use protection

You can't calculate your safe days based just on your period.  You have to actively track ovulation, otherwise it's just an estimate and may not be accurate at all.
